While the suggestions I give you are in no way complete, hope that will help.

1.         Create an appropriate day planning. 

             Use planners available on telephone.

             Setting reminders for the tasks that should be repeated every day. 

             Use color reminders so that you know what are the priorities. 

             Make to do list every day, and go through them in the morning and in the evening.

 2.         Avoid forgetfulness clutter and procrastination by filing appropriate papers as soon as possible

              Make “only necessary” phone calls on the same date. 

              If you can finish a task within 5 minutes, then do it right away instead of waiting on it.

 3.         Make lists but no more than 3 lists. 

              First list should be of the daily organized items that must be done on a daily basis. 

              The second list is something that has can be done tomorrow. 

              The third list will be for the items that do not need to be done in the next 48 hours.

 4.         Setting a place to pick up everything in the morning will be great. Each evening you should set up things that you need                   first thing in the morning so that you do not have to find them.  This will save you time in the morning and you will not                   get anxious and panicky. 

 5.         Decrease the number of electronic items that you own.  Put your favorite music on an MP3, and eliminate all albums,                     tapes and CDs unless you are a collector of old stuff for perpetuity. Or simply choose to listen to your favorite radio                         station.

 6.         Cut down the number of clothing and shoes the type of clothing that fits all seasons.  Put them all in one place which is                   the bedroom closet. This saves you space and wasting time each season. Boring? No, efficiency trumps.

 7.         Many at times, efficiency wins over frugality.  Try to cut back on number of coupons that you cut and save.  Many times                 lot of time is spent on finding, cutting and organizing the coupons that may never be used.

 8.         Being efficient is very important because patients with ADHD start projects, but have trouble finishing them.  You                         want to accomplish more work with least number of steps.

 9.         When you buy food from the grocery store, buy only enough that would last through the next grocery trip.  It was a few                   money, less spaced to organize and less food to throw away, and you become creative with what is left over.

 10.       Use transparent boxes instead of opaque boxes.  This allows you to see what things are inside, instead of hunting                              through them.
