It is with mixed emotions that we, Dr. Mahesh Dave and Dr. Nalini Dave, announce our retirement from active medical practice effective March 1, 2024.
As we reflect on our journey in serving the Bryan-College Station community for nearly 45 years, we are filled with gratitude for the privilege of caring for each one of you. We want to express our sincere appreciation for entrusting us with your healthcare needs. A few months ago, we transitioned the practice to Nurocoach Medical Group, who we are confident will continue to serve the local community with integrity, quality, and a high standard of service.
Our priority is to facilitate continuity of care, and we are pleased to let you know that Nurocoach has taken steps to enhance your patient experience by migrating all patients into Electronic Health Records as of Jan. 1, 2024. This transition not only ensures the confidentiality of your records but also offers benefits such as improved communication with your provider, faster prescription refills, and expanded telemedicine services for records increased access to care. Furthermore, Nurocoach accepts over 40 insurance plans in Texas, giving you the option to continue your care with the coverage that suits you best.
Nurocoach will continue to be located at the current office space so if you’re considering establishing care with one of their dynamic providers, care coordinators are available to assist you directly at the contact information provided below. You may also contact them should you wish to receive a copy of your medical records for transitioning to another provider.
